All Melaleuca Members who provide us with an email address are automatically set up with a web account at the time of enrollment. Details on how to access this account are provided in the welcome email sent to every new customer. If you have forgotten your account information, or did not provide us with an email address at the time of enrollment and would like to set up an online account, please call Services Support at 1-800-183-183.
Your Customer Membership ID is a ten-digit number that can be found:
1. Near the top of your purchase receipt/invoice at "Your Order Information".
2. On the Menu bar, select My Account and click into it, the membership ID will be stated under your name
You can change your username and password by going to Menu bar >> My Account >> Message Preferences. You can also call Services Support at 1-800-183-183 for assistance.
Your order requirements depend on your customer status. When you enroll as a Members, you commit to ordering a minimum of 35 Points every calendar month. In return, you receive a 30-50% discount off regular prices and a number of other membership perks at Melaleuca.
You need to place your order by midnight on the last day of each month. If the last day of the month is on a Sunday, you need to place your order no later than the Saturday before (or the second to last day). If you mail your order to us, it needs to arrive by the last day of the month.
You can print a copy of your Purchase Receipt/Invoice from any order in the last 12 months. Simply go to My Account and click on View Order History.

Due to our electronically streamlined order processing system, once an order has been placed on the phone or online, it cannot be changed or canceled.

As a Members, if you forget to shop during the month or do not order your minimum monthly Product Points, we’ll automatically send you a Backup Order and charge your account the corresponding total.
A Backup Order is a preselected product order created to ensure you maintain the valuable discounts and benefits you’re entitled to as a Members. If you're away on vacation or business, don't meet your monthly Product Point commitment, or simply forget to place an order any month, you will automatically receive your Backup Order. We have three Backup Order options to ensure that you keep enjoying your Members status.
1. Customized Backup Pack
Got a good idea of the products you use the most? Customize your own backup order here. If you forget to place an order in any given month, your Backup Order will ship automatically.
2. Pre-Select Backup Order
Haven’t had time to set up a Backup Order? A special combination of some of the most popular products will be sent to your door automatically.
3. Convenience Certificate
Not sure what products to order? Choose a Melaleuca Convenience Certificate and shop when you are ready!
You can create a Select Pack in place of pre-defined backup order. Using a Select Pack as your backup order allows you to receive your favorite products in the event you do not place your monthly order.
A Select Pack must meet or exceed your monthly product point commitment in order to be saved on your account.
You may submit Customer Membership Agreement to pre-defined your Select Pack backup order via Document Upload Portal in Business Center or handed to the nearest store/service center. Click here to create your Select Pack.
Backup Order are shipped as soon as we can review the previous month’s orders. This means you won’t receive your Backup Order until the next month. For example, suppose you forget to place your order for January. In early February we review all the orders placed for January, determine who we need to send Backup Orders to, and then ship those orders out. This means you receive your Backup Order for January in early to mid February.
