Melaleuca's order process is streamlined to ship orders as quickly as possible. Shipping times vary depending on location*, shipping method, and the day of the month you shop (shopping near the end of the month will generally add a few days). You can track your package by going to My Account and clicking on View Order History. If your products have not arrived after 5 business days, please feel free to contact us by calling 1-800-183-183 and we will be happy to investigate.
*Generally, the stipulated time is 3 working days for Wilayah Persekutuan and Selangor / 5 working days for all other states including Sabah and Sarawak.

You can view and change your shipping address by going to :
1. "My Account" at the menu bar >> "My Account" >> "Payment & Addresses" at the tab options.
2. Upon placing order, before "Place Order", at the section of " Ship To" there will be option for you to change shipping address or add new shipping address.
