Submit a new Customer Membership Agreement, a new Independent Marketing Executive Agreement signed by the enrollee authorizing the company to correct the number on file, and a copy of his or her Identity Card via Document Upload Portal in Business Center or handed to the nearest store/service center. Our Enrollment Support team will not correct an Identity Card Number without a copy of his or her Identity Card.

Yes. However, Melaleuca discourages organization changes. Melaleuca will review organization change requests with written consent of all seven support team members above the customer or Marketing Executive that would like to be moved. An Organization Change Form with original signatures is required.

Both the person being moved and the enroller need to sign the form. There is an applicable fee for the move (for more information on the charges, please call 1800-182-182). To have changes done, all related forms must arrive together. We suggest you work closely with a Business Development Associate when undertaking this type of request for change. See Statement of Policies #19 for further clarification.

Yes. An enroller can move a personal enrollee within his or her business organization up to two months following the month of enrollment by submitting to Melaleuca a New Enrollee Change Form with the enroller's signature. Every business or customer below the customer or Marketing Executive being moved will follow the enrollee. The requested move is limited to 20 businesses/customers in the third month of enrollment. There is a fee charged for each Customer or Marketing Executive moved in the organization. For more information on the charges, please call 1-800-182-182).

A customer is considered "rolled-out" if he or she does not purchase a minimum of 35 Product Points for two consecutive months. When a customer rolls out, he or she automatically loses position in your organization. See Statement of Policies #36 and #39 for further clarification.

Two months without producing the required Product Point needed means an automatic loss of the person’s marketing organization.

Because he or she purchased in the third month, he or she will reactivate back into the original organization in the first available position under his or her original Marketing Executive.

He or she can still purchase directly from the company as a Non-Member and have his or her products delivered to him or her. Non-Member pay the Non-Member price instead of receiving the 30% to 50% discount as a Member. Member will not maintain an organizational spot in your marketing organization unless they produce the minimum Product Point requirement to be considered active. See Statement of Policies #39.
